Free Shipping on orders over $85.00

• $4.00 Usps > packages up to 1.25 lbs
• $6.50 Usps> packages up to 1.99 lbs
• $8.50 Usps> packages up to 2.99 lbs
• $10.50 Usps> packages up to 25lbs

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Your purchase will be shipped within 3-5 working days of purchase from our warehouse in South San Francisco, CA.  If you need it faster, send us an email.  It can be worked out :)  I am going a bit slower due to all the local guidelines for Covid 19.

RETURN POLICY-Dresses/ Garments

 All Sale items, HOLIDAY items and products noted as final sale in the description are FINAL sale and my not be returned for a refund.  You may exchange or receive a store credit.

If you wish to return a "non sale" item for a refund or exchange> you must do so within 7 days of delivery. This item must have tags attached, be unwashed washed and unworn.

If you request an exchange on a non sale item we will cover the cost of re-shipping an item to you.

Shipping charges are only refunded if we made a mistake in your order.

Little Miss Marmalade is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. We are not responsible for the package after it is shipped.  If it is stolen, please file a claim with USPS or UPS. We are a happy to help you do so.

Please inspect your dresses soon after they arrive.  Contact us immediately if are any flaws or defects. 

Return & Exchanges for Shoes

You may return or exchange shoes.  Please try on shoes on a soft surface similar to a carpet.  Shoes with wear on soles or upper can not be returned or exchanged.  Please read size chart and contact Little Miss Marmalade with any questions.
