Valentines Day Pink & Red Hearts Ruffle Bell Bottom Outfit

My granddaughters loved the matching top and slacks. The tiered bellbottoms and ruffled top were a hit. They washed and dried well, and I would say were true to size. As an added bonus, I picked them up for a steal on sale!
