I watched and waited for Little Miss Marmalade to offer a dress with long sleeves and theme attractive to my granddaughter, who loves everything princess or ballerina-related, as well as unicorns, which are plentiful on clothing these days, but usually cheaply sequined or a bit too glittered and sparkly, and cheaply attention-grabbing, whereas I prefer to buy more classic children’s clothing for my four grandchildren. And this material is reminiscent of the Unicorn Tapestries at the Cloister in New York City.
This unicorn dress, like the Deer dress I purchased back at Easter time, is beautifully sewn, has the underslip that helps the skirt to fall crisply below my granddaughter’s knees ( because I purchased a few sizes up), and will be a favorite, I’m sure! Alas, my daughter suggested I save the dress for the holidays, but I’m watching for a special excuse, perhaps her newest sibling’s christening.
If the review process allows I will return and attempt to add a photo of my granddaughter Evangeline, wearing this quality dress. In my case, the expense is totally justified because dresses will be handed down to a younger sister. ❤️
